KETO GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN THIGHS AND ASPARAGUS

 This keto garlic butter chicken thighs recipe is a popular skillet meal that feeds your entire family. It’s budget-friendly and low-carb too!

Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 6 tbsp Butter divided
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup White Cooking Wine
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 pound Asparagus woody stems removed
  • chopped parsley
KETO GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN THIGHS AND ASPARAGUS


Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil and 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, paprika and red pepper flakes to taste.
  • Saute until the chicken is cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium, and add in the garlic and remaining butter.
  • Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Mix in the white cooking wine.
  • Add the asparagus to the skillet and saute until becoming tender.
  • Scoot the asparagus over to one side of the skillet, return the chicken, and spoon with the sauce before serving.
