KETO GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH SPINACH AND AVOCADO

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Avocado no black spots
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon Erythritol or stevia drops (pineapple stevia drops are good if you use coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 teaspoon keto collagen protein powder with MCT oil or keto vanilla protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and adjust with more ice cubes for a thicker smoothie. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk and repeat blending between each addition.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Decorate with cocoa nibs and unsweetened coconut.
