CLASSIC GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

 A Classic Green Bean Casserole is such a delicious side dish that everyone loves and takes very little skill. This is our favorite Thanksgiving recipe!

We love making new things for the holiday like Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes but we also really adore our classics like Grandma’s Pecan Pie. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? This tops our list every year!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 10.5 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (cream of chicken works well too!
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • 5 cans of green beans drained
  • 2-3 cups fried onions such as French's
CLASSIC GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a 13x9" baking dish, combine the cream of mushrooms soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, and green beans.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Top with the fried onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
