Keto Tuscan Sausage Skillet


  • 24 ounces Fully Cooked Kielbasa Sausage sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Roasted Red Peppers
  • 3 cups Fresh Spinach

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions until softened.
  • Mix in the minced garlic, and saute for another minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
  • While the sauce is thickening, heat the sausage in a separate skillet over medium high heat until seared on both sides and heated through.
  • Add the spinach to the sauce, and saute until wilted.
  • Stir the sausage into the sauce, and mix to combine well.
  • Let rest off of the heat for 5 minutes before serving.
