Keto Sweet and Sour Pork


  • 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Pork Chops cut into strips or bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Cut Into Chunks
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Cut Into Chunks
  • 1/2 Onion Cut Into Chunks
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
Keto Sweet and Sour Pork


  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the pork with salt and pepper to taste, and add to the heated skillet.
  • Sear on all sides, and then add in the onion and peppers.
  • Saute until the vegetables are a crisp tender, and the pork is cooked through.
  • Mix in the garlic, and saute another 30 seconds.
  • In a bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger paste.
  • Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, and toss to combine.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes, and allow to rest off the heat for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with green onions if desired.
