Keto Bacon-Wrapped Chicken in Cheese Sauce


  • 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 10 pieces Bacon
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
Keto Bacon-Wrapped Chicken in Cheese Sauce


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the oil to an oven-proof skillet over medium high heat on the stovetop.
  • Season the chicken with the garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste, and then wrap each piece of chicken in two pieces of bacon.
  • Place the chicken into the heated skillet, with the bacon seams pointing down.
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes each side.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Turn the broiler on high, and broil for a few minutes until the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet, and drain the extra oil and grease out.
  • Return the skillet to the stovetop over medium heat.
  • Add the butter and garlic, and saute for 1 minutes.
  • Stir in the chicken broth and heavy whipping cream, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer until thickened.
  • Mix in the cheese until completely melted.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, top with cheese sauce and serve.
