 Are you ready to fall in love with a chicken salad recipe that’s not only delicious but easy to make?  We’re turning a mayo-based chicken salad recipe into a healthier, protein-packed recipe that tastes so good!  We absolutely love to make this recipe for Greek Chicken Salad, and we know you will too because it can be put together in 20 minutes! Greek Chicken Salad is a healthy twist on a classic recipe!  Simple Is the key, but yet this salad holds a whole lot of flavor and it makes for a great light and healthy lunch or a quick pick-me-up snack.  Prep on Sundays for a week’s worth of deliciousness!


  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 1½ cups cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1½ cups grape tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh dill divided
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken and shred using your hands and add to a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, 1-2 tbsp. dill, salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
  • Prepare the cucumber, tomatoes and onions and add them to the bowl with the chicken.
  • Lastly pour the dressing over the chicken and veggies and stir to combine. Serve on pita bread or on top of lettuce.
