Keto Chicken Fritters

  • 1 can Chicken Breast Meat 10 ounces
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Garlic Aioli

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters


  • Add all of the ingredients for the fritters except the oil to a mixing bowl, and knead with your hands until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 5 evenly sized patties.
  • Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
  • Place the patties into the heated oil, and cook for several minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain the patties on a paper towel lined plate.
  • In a bowl, stir together the ingredients for the garlic aioli sauce.
  • Serve the fritters hot with the sauce on the side.
