The Best Keto Chicken Salad

Behold a sugar free keto chicken salad that's keto friendly and low carb! Chicken breast is always super tasty but when paired with mayo and dill relish it's truly out of this world. I like mine as a main dish with or without a side. I have seen people use them in lettuce wraps, topped on crackers, or even into a sandwich. All of those are low carb or have keto friendly options and substitutes. Let's make this simple and easy recipe together that's only 4g net carbs per serving!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 6 tablespoon dill relish
  • 1.5 tablespoon dijon mustard (or regular)
  • 2 stalks celery

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Boil chicken for about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender enough to pull. Bring water to boil first and add about 1 TB of salt to water then add chicken then cover.
  • After chicken is tender and pulled add salt and pepper then mix
  • Add the remaining ingredients in any order then mix well. Then serve.
