Keto Cauliflower and Paneer Poha is want I made for breakfast. Poha because you get the flavour of normal bateta poha but without all the added carbs.   1. Slice the cauliflower into big chunks and grater to mince them to resemble fine rice or couscous. In a large frying pan, dry roast the peanuts to a golden brown. Keep aside..

  4. Keep checking in between and give a mix so that it doesn't stick to the pan. Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove from heat and serve hot..

Its keto version is savory and spicy. The recipe is low on carbs, making it an ideal food idea for Ketogenic diet followers. It is a fulfilling meal & is enjoyed by almost each of the age-groups.
